JUICE: carrot, grapefruit, orange and cucumber

Made some charoset for Passover! This is a simple blend of apples, dates, red wine and walnuts
Cherry, banana and coconut ice cream with a cacao drizzle!
This is really simple to make and so delicious:
-3 frozen bananas
-meat of 1 young coconut
-1/4 cup of young coconut water
-half a bag of frozen cherries (or as desired)
Blend ingredients thoroughly.
For the cacao drizzle, warm up a spoonful of coconut oil on the stove until liquified. Add a spoonful of cacao powder and mix until saturated. Take off heat and drizzle onto ice cream. It will harden in a few seconds and add a nice crunch to your ice cream!
If you’re ever in the area, highly recommend visiting Chicago Raw! Everything is entirely raw vegan and so so good. They are like family to me so I’m always happy to stop in and support. I have one of their garden burgers today made from carrots, sunflower seeds, celery, onions, red pepper and ground flax seed. With their raw mustard and ketchup, it’s the perfect lil lunch!
It’s all about finding the right nut! A good coconut will be heavy in weight, which means lots of water on the inside! Look for discoloration around the eye of the coconut - an old nut will be gray as opposed to a new-er nut that will be a brownish color.
